Fortion® IBMS (Integrated Battle Management Software) is a Command and Control software especially designed for fire control in ground-based air defence systems.

The software supports C-sUAS, VSHORAD, SHORAD and MRAD (e.g. IRIS-T SLM) systems and can be extended for long-range and ballistic missile defence systems. It features an open architecture, ensuring flexibility and scalability.

What is Fortion® IBMS?

Fortion IBMS is an advanced solution designed for the intelligence preparation of the battlefield, tactical planning, monitoring and tasking of missions. It supports deployment, movement and communication planning while offering a clear situational awareness and automatic interpretation of operational information on execution level.

The software delivers reliable performance for various applications including aerial defence, convoy protection, mission critical entities or infrastructure protection and Counter Unmanned Aerial Systems (C-UAS).

Fortion IBMS enhances the decision-making process by leveraging the Identification Data Combining Process (IDCP) to distinguish friendly and hostile targets. It enables precise identification and classification of aircrafts by fusing data from a mix of sensors and Tactical Data Links.

The software provides comprehensive threat evaluation and optimises engagements, ensuring effective countermeasures through the deployment of both lethal and non-lethal effectors. It also seamlessly integrates a mix of sensors and effectors of various types within a single setup.
