Key Features
What is Fortion® Workflow?
Fortion® Workflow monitors intelligence collection and exploitation to ensure requirements are met in time for decision-making.
Fortion Workflow prioritises intelligence requirements from command and allocates tasks to intelligence assets accordingly. By converting collection and exploitation requirements into actionable tasks, it enhances information superiority and situational awareness. This conversion is made possible through an effective Joint ISR (Intelligence Surveillance Reconnaissance) process and an efficient Intelligence Requirement Management & Collection Management (IRM & CM) workflow.
Fortion Workflow can be deployed as a web application (for easy system integration) or as a desktop application (for advanced IRM & CM workflow). A specialised version is available for NATO countries, featuring the NATO data model and interfaces.
Your advantages with Fortion® Workflow
Optimisation of Intelligence Asset's Use
Plan and conduct the intelligence process to produce Intelligence Collection Plans (ICP) and Collection Exploitation Plans (CXP). It ensures that the right intelligence products are based on the information collected from the best sensors available in the Intelligence Collection Chain or from existing data (strategic, operational or tactical). These products are delivered at the right time, in the right format to the right decision-maker.
Tasks Follow-Up
Easily monitor the progress of tasks to help the IRM&CM office verify that the commander’s request can be answered on time and adapt to unexpected situations, such as new urgent requirements or asset failure.
The IRM&CM officer is in close contact with the intelligence community and its assets, receiving dynamic notifications of relevant events to improve responsiveness. Fortion Workflow also handles dynamic tasking to address new, unplanned intelligence requirements.
Efficient Intelligence Requirement Management and Collection Management
Fortion Workflow helps the IRM&CM officer manage a complex range of intelligence requirements and assets from multiple domains (IMINT, ELINT, HUMINT, OSINT etc.).
It provides a cohesive set of perspectives to ensure that requirements and area of interest are properly covered, while making sure exploitation capabilities and sensors are accurately tasked.
