What is Fortion® SAMOC?

Fortion SAMOC is the perfect solution for intelligence preparation of the battlefield, tactical plans creation (Ops Order) and mission planning, monitoring and tasking. It encompasses deployment, movement and communication planning offering display and automatic interpretation of operational information at the coordination level within a joint and combined air defence environment.

Fortion® SAMOC specifications

  • Force Operations (FO): Provides effective mission planning and optimisation for sensors, communication and weapon deployment.
  • Engagement Operations (EO): Real-time fusion of information from C2 sensors and weapon systems supported by decision-making tools.
  • FO Data Distribution: Synchronises FO data to Fortion IBMS over different command levels.
  • Object Configurator: Enables end user adaptability for C2 components, fire units (FUs), sensors, launchers, ammunition and communication via TDL.
  • Reachback Functionality: Facilitates collaboration between the Rear Command Element (RCE) and Forward Command Element (FCE) creating a unified Command Centre over long distances. This reduces the footprint of forward deployed troops whilst ensuring full situational awareness.
