What is Fortion® CSD?

Fortion® CSD (Coalition Shared Dataserver) is key to achieving information superiority. It offers unified interfaces for storing, searching, disseminating and exchanging data across applications, sites and organisations.

It manages various data types including imagery, documents, reports, vector files, video clips/streams, GMTI streams andIntelligence Requirement Management and Collection Management (IRM & CM) artefacts—and complies with NATO STANAG 4559 Ed. 4.

Fortion CSD optimises secure site-to-site communication, enabling global search and retrieval of data, regardless of location. It is crucial for sharing real-time and historical intelligence within a multi-organisational environment involving multiple nations, multiple command echelons and sites.

Fortion CSD ensures secure and efficient data lifecycle management with fine-grained security enforcement, including right-to-know, right-to-do and multi-security domain access controls.

Operationally deployed in NATO environments, Fortion CSD is in use by the French Armed Forces and various organisations across Europe and the Middle East.
